Facial treatments are just one of the many steps in maintaining healthy and clear skin, but can also be a relaxing way to pamper yourself. Facials consist of the cleansing and exfoliating of the skin and the extraction of any contamination within the pours, which could cause blackheads or whiteheads to appear.
Our facials are designed and catered to your skin or problem areas. Everyone’s skin is different but whether your skin is oily or dry, sensitive or normal, or any combination of these, there is a facial to suite your needs.
When having a facial it is important to be clear about how your skin reacts to products or to being touched. We will be able to diagnose what sort of products will be used during the treatment and what sort of regimen should be followed after your appointment.
Extractions are usually followed by a relaxing, stroking massage to stimulate blood flow and circulation to the face muscles. Finally, a mask catering to your skin type will usually be applied before the facial wraps up with the application of moisturisers and home care advice is given.
Here at The Haven, we have undergone the Fake Bake Professional Spray Tan training and can now offer this incredible product to you. The benefit of a spray tan is that it is quick and easy to apply without any risks of streaks. This full body equal tan provides a seamless tone across your hole body, which looks exactly the same as a natural tan.
We provide three different shades to suite your desired look, which provides you with a beautiful mist of colour to make you look and feel beach and festival ready. The tan dries incredibly quickly, and you will be left with a nice mid to deep coloured tan that will be streak free and flawless.
Relax whilst a professional therapist guides you through your treatment. We will ask you to wear sticky soles that temporarily adhere to the bottom of your feet. These will stop your feet discolouring. We will then prepare your skin with Fake Bake Oil-Free Moisturiser Body Spray by spraying over your hands, knees, elbows and feet to ensure your spray tan blends naturally.
Your Fake Bake spray tan will then be expertly applied. The whole treatment lasts less than 10 minutes. Immediately after your spray tan we recommend you allow a few minutes for the tan to absorb before dressing. The initial tan colour you’ll see is actually the cosmetic guide colour.
Waxing

Eye Treatments

Eyelash tinting creates more definition and appearance of longer, thicker lashes. It is a fantastic treatment to have before you go on holiday and for those who cannot wear mascara. Using specially formulated and safe permanent hair tints, a natural look is achieved. A range of colours and shades are available to cater for all skin types and colour. An increasing number of men find this a subtle way to enhance their appearance. This service dramatically enhances one’s look without being overly conspicuous.
This is a straight forward, quick and painless procedure using vegetable dye to tint your lashes. A range of colours for you to choose from to enhance your lashes. Your therapist will advise on which colour to use for best results. Please note that we are unable to make your eye lashes lighter than the natural colour.
Important: A patch test is required at least 24 hours prior to tinting to ensure no sensitivity to the product exists.
